Responsible for the standardisation of the Estimating role and policy across government procurements. Delivery of an on-the-shoulder estimating and procurement consultancy service, including training.
Responsible for all current and future Estimating activity across SBDCP Saudi Arabia, including the management and delivery of the SFA 2022 bid for training, facilities, aircraft and ships, representing the function at corporate level and developing capability enhancements and data analytics in line with a long-term strategy.
Management of a team responsible for the standardisation of a centralised estimating capability, the provision of competitor analytics and the delivery of should-costs and process-costs over the entire Naval Ships business, ranging from Queen Elizabeth class aircraft carriers to the Type 45 destroyers and the Type 26, Type 31e and the Australian Hunter Class (SEA5000) GCS-A frigates. Individually responsible for the continued estimating development of the Australian Hunter Class GCS-A export campaign and the GCS Sustainment campaign.
