Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of guiding teams to deliver innovations that solve real problems—not only those customers face today, but the ones they’ll face tomorrow. Today, I lead Nokia's IP business with that same focus: helping customers and partners navigate change and unlock new possibilities in the AI era, while supporting the teams I work with to make innovation possible. Outside of work, I’m a cycling and golf enthusiast. I also write informal blogs about my life experiences because they give me space to explore ideas freely and stretch my imagination—often sparking new ways of thinking that influence how I lead and solve problems. And when it’s time to recharge, I head off the grid, finding balance and focus in nature.

Delivering AI-led experiences that are seamless, secure and sustainable. General Manager for Cisco's campus connectivity business unit from 2022 to 2024, that in addition to switching product line, included Cisco ISE and Cisco DNA Center.
Responsible for products under the Catalyst access portfolio including Catalyst 9K - wired and wireless, Private 5G, ISE, and Cisco DNA spaces software suite that drive $13B+ business for Cisco.

All data anonymous and aggregated, respecting customers who opt-out For customer base that opts-in, leading the charge to develop innovative / geo-contextual and targeted mobile advertising products through a census scale audience measurement platform.
Collaborate as a trusted advisor with clients’ C-level executives to drive strategic and operational profit growth. • Drove customer experience acceleration for tech-giant across all channels using Net Promoter System: Firm realizes 3X improvement in NPS scores in subsequent three year period. • Led end-to-end sales re-org, post-merger integration, product and go-to-market strategy for ERP software co. ERP software co stake sold to private equity firm at ~50% premium 3 years post effort. • Developed targeted advertising business models for tech co based on Big Data usage. New division formed post recommendation.
Part of the core partner-manager group that started Bain’s India office – the most successful start-up office in the history of Bain & Company, Inc. • Led the business planning and spectrum auction strategy for one of Asia’s leading Telco • New business entry strategy for tech co based on developing disruptive market model in reverse logistics for enterprise tech hardware (including strategic partnerships and alliances) • Senior leader in Bain India’s private equity leadership team, with diligence work spanning tech-telecom, real estate, automotive, pharmaceutical sectors.
