I absolutely love what I do, because I make insurance companies accountable to “the policies, insurance companies write my clients” and I provide peace of mind to my clients on their most valuable real estate assets, and save my customer 100s, 1000s, millions of dollars. I am Illinois Licensed Public Adjuster that specializes in storm damage restoration. I Have years of successful experience negotiating complicated Insurance claims for all types of commercial and residential properties. I do not peruse residential claims anymore in terms of marketing, though, I do not decline a residential insurance claim to help a referred customer, unless it cannot benefit the customer. Today, many “paper service providers” want customers to pay their premiums, and most pay them on time for years, or have for years, and then when a situation occurs that activates the policy provisions providers want to deny and argue those coverage points. Customers many times are manipulated by adjusters because of trust, a lack of knowledge of the claims process, and when this occurs premium paying customers don’t get their full indemnity. I always say, most of the time you get one chance to get the claims completed right, my skills and experience give my clients the best opportunity for that to happen.
