Goadsby: leading property provider in central southern England and one of the UK's top -ranked property providers, staff circa 300, 24 residential offices, 15 letting departments and 2 commercial. I was the Managing Director for residential. My focus was on creating an effective balance between changing demands of internal and external stakeholders. By carefully analysing P&L reports, I identified corrective strategies and oversaw development, communication and implementation of company's policies with a focus on mitigating risks and improving the cash flow position. I boosted staff motivation levels by creating and utilising performance management systems.
