My team, The Ashcroft Pesek Group, works primarily with ExxonMobil retirees. Our focus in working with ExxonMobil retirees is to maximize the benefits they receive through the company’s various retirement programs and to create financial plans that provide sustainable income over the retiree’s lifetime. Specifically, we assist clients with distributions from the ExxonMobil Savings Plan, analyze pension options, and consult clients on net unrealized appreciation decisions. We also ensure that restricted awards, options, and executive compensation are addressed in our comprehensive financial planning process.
