Consultant, College Level Examination Program (CLEP) Led Foreign Language Exam (French and Spanish) Redevelopment Project. • Improved market research by developing and disseminating national survey instrument about current teaching and assessment practices, securing 30% response rate (significantly higher than previous response rate of 4%). • Produced comprehensive report on how to test foreign languages, balancing 2 pedagogical approaches. • Presented and secured acceptance of recommendations by CLEP Test Development Committee and College Board World Languages Academic Advisory Committee.
