As a product mananger mortgages I was responsible for defining the strategy, volumes and margins of the product, including the long term and digital vision. I developped my analytical and presentation skills, followed a media training and leaded the yearly press conference. In projects I represented the role of expert.
As a branch manager I was responsible for both individual clients and professional clients. I developped my sales and servicing skills for individual and professional loans, insurances and investment advice. As a people manager I leaded a team of 6 people.
