Provide Support for Product Management, Solutions Engineering and DSI Provided partner servers running DSI Software. - Install and configure all Product Management, Solutions Engineering and Partner demo servers. - Monitor and assure all Product Management, Solutions Engineering and Partner demo environments are up and running with the appropriate DSI software. - Apply DSI software updates and fixes. Troubleshoot and resolve issues. - Assure proper versions and updates are applied to the Product Management, Solutions Engineering and Partner demo servers. - Work with product management development to assure all product environments are in the state needed for productive development Work with other members in the organization to install and configure various ERP systems including JD Edwards, E-Business Suite, SAP, and others used by the Product Management, Solutions Engineering and Partner groups. - Work with Solutions Engineering and partners to assure all product environments are in the state needed for client demonstrations, Work with IT to assure servers are maintained effectively and completely for Development and Sales needs. - Assure awareness of server OS updates are known. Assure awareness and impact of network changes are known. Assure acceptable performance is experienced for the managed servers Develop internal documentation for system set up and maintenance. - Become an installation expert on DSI software (MEP, ELS, Inventory Management, ELS Director, Standard Apps and Accelerators.
