Currently responsible for the implementations of digital solutions, technology, services, and standardization, of all our strategic service centers tools, process and procedure documentation, from process maps, to business requirements narrative documents, to detailed work instructions on use of required systems such as PeopleSoft, SAP, Success Factors, Workday NGA's own proprietary tools Payroll and Case Management web-based products. I work directly with customers, and with cross-functionally teams, project manage and have lead a global team of content developers that create and maintain process documentation for all our global services centers supporting over 40 clients, containing over 45,000 processes/procedures, and support the graphic design mock ups and UI/UX design for our contact relationship management (CRM) and knowledge management system and support new product R&D such as automation robotics and new communication so-lutions using AI, Alexa Voice Assistance and online chat.
