Exelon Strategic Sourcing, Construction team. Promoted in October of 2020. -Category manager for Transmission and Substation construction for 3 of Exelon’s utilities ($350 in annual spend) -Assist in managing the Vegetation Management category ($200M in annual spend) -Sourced a $75M utility consulting and software contract across the 6 Exelon utilities -Present weekly to executives on upcoming and current business cases across managed categories -Sourced a $1M social media software contract for 7 business units -Supply lead for the PHI utilities’ tier 2 diversity team -Supply lead for the PHI Capital Execution Nerve Center which includes building a LOS chart for improved future projection execution
Exelon Strategic Sourcing, Construction team. Promoted in September 2018. -Lead analyst on a Nuclear sourcing initiative with over 90 suppliers, totaling over $225M in spend. This initiative boosted diversity and filled major service coverage holes -Project lead on an enterprise wide sourcing initiative totaling over $1.5B in spend over 4 years. Responsible for creating and executing the RFP strategy, negotiating with suppliers and putting the contracts into place. -Interim category manager for the Vegetation Management category ($350M in annual spend) for Exelon Utilities for 6 months during a transition period. -Assist category managers and help direct strategic initiatives to optimize Exelon's utility construction supplier base -Exelon Supply project lead on an initiative designed to standardize and align processes and unit pricing models across the Exelon Utilities in Strategic Sourcing, Construction Services -Project manager & lead for a $8B (over 5 years) construction services RFP for Exelon Utilities which includes 6 different business units and over 100 suppliers. -Peer mentor for the Strategic Sourcing, Construction intern during the summer of 2019
On the Construction Services team in the Strategic Sourcing department of Supply where my contributions include: -Compiled and provided analytics for a comprehensive labor, equipment, and unit rate databases for a multi-billion dollar RFP. Performed a critical analysis on over 150 suppliers based on a market basket pricing analysis' -Successfully and efficiently ran an RFI for a $500M sourcing initiative involving 120 suppliers -Utilized Microsoft Excel and VBA to streamline current business processes, greatly enhancing and improving productivity -Created key reports for Exelon Utilities that provided a comprehensive look at our supplier's prices vs the market to identify cost reduction opportunities -Assist with spend reporting on key suppliers to support our category managers across business functions
Star Asia is a 3rd party logistics company that specializes in importing ocean freight from Asia to the US. Star Asia is a member of the OEC Group.
