I also implemented sweeping changes across the enterprise, developing e-sourcing teams, launching local digital advertising, and managed a budget of over 2M dollars. All of which led to navy recruiting enlisting over 88k personnel in 2 years. While attached to the command I recognized that not enough was being done for the mental health of our service members. I took what I knew about digital prospecting and implemented it into a social media search and rescue team. To date we have rescued over 120 service members from committing self harm.
