I’ve spent the last 10 years helping organizations communicate through story. Most of my background comes from documentary filmmaking and creative leadership, but the part of the work I’ve always been most drawn to is the human side of communication - figuring out how to take something complex, technical, or abstract and make it feel relatable, and meaningful to real people. At 12 Stars Media, I currently serve as Creative Director, leading storytelling and communications projects for organizations across healthcare, technology, energy, manufacturing, and nonprofit spaces. A lot of that work has focused on employee engagement, recruitment, organizational culture, executive messaging, and mission-driven communications. Over the years, I’ve worked with global teams, managed productions across more than 20 countries, and partnered closely with executives, employees, scientists, engineers, patients, and community leaders to help tell authentic stories that connect with audiences. I enjoy the balance between strategic thinking and creative execution - building communication approaches that are thoughtful, emotionally grounded, and aligned with larger organizational goals. I’m especially interested in the role storytelling can play inside organizations: helping people feel connected to a mission, creating clarity around complex work, and building trust through honest, human communication. Outside of work, I’m passionate about fly fishing, photography, and going on adventures with my kids.
