Tasks/ abilities included to succeed in this position included, • Call potential leads, from multiple sources, to connect clients with a mortgage. • Schedule appointments between potential clients and senior loan officers. • Set up and maintain multiple databases of leads. • Take loan applications. • Input information in Encompass Loan Software • Send follow up emails containing more information on our business. • Train newer employees on job requirements and processes. • Interview potential new employees.
Some tasks/abilities to have been able to succeed in this job were, • Be an effective communicator • Give directions and lead students • Read and comprehend documents such as policy manuals and safety procedures • Be well versed in preparation of reports and correspondence • Observe surroundings and identify problems or students in distress • Be able to respond using University Housing protocol • Immediately respond to potential crisis situations throughout the entire building area or during all hours when on duty.
