I am currently the Program Coordinator of the Jefferson County Education Department for Family Recovery Center. I look to continue to gather work experience while advancing my career. I believe I have gained many skills through my experience and can best serve my community and myself by continuing to work in the field. Specialties: I have specialized in conducting groups and organizing community activities. I work very well with youth and thrive in a classroom setting. I am also a certified instructor for the Crisis Prevention Institute. As a crisis prevention trainer I teach verbal de-escalation and personal safety techniques to direct care and education specialists. I am a strong writer and a good public speaker. I also pride myself in my ability to learn new things and adapt to new responsibilities.
