My passion for cannabis and its related fields stems from my education and personal interest in the plant and its benefits. I completed a certificate program in Cannabis Industry Specialization at Durham College, where I learned about the medical, recreational, and business aspects of cannabis. I also hold multiple certifications in cannabis retail sales, fundamentals, medical cannabis and adult-use market. I enjoy educating others about cannabis and all it has to offer, as well as learning new things about this ever-expanding new industry. I have experience in training staff, providing customer service, and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards. My goal is to pursue a career in sales/marketing or education in the cannabis industry, and I would love to connect with any and all Canadian cannabis Licensed Producers.
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, I am responsible for handling a large volume of inbound and outbound calls to assist our patients with efficiency and extreme care. Working hand in hand with Blue cross and Veteran's Affairs Canada, to offer medical cannabis coverage to our veteran patients.
