Responsible for building the company's digital department by: ● Designing the digital strategy ● Managing external agencies and suppliers, assessing and controlling all online KPIs and resources (SEM, SMO, SEO, content marketing). ● Managing special projects across the company’s multiple assets
Supporting domestic and international growth by leading the digital team to: -optimise the company multi-channel demand generation strategy -assessing and controlling online KPIs -improving data quality and the inbound attribution model through multiple touch points -upgrading the company digital platform
Responsible for all marketing activities of the Italian branch to sustain a scale-up growth rate. Among others: -Analysis of and reporting on country's KPIs. -Managing the company's cross-channel inbound machine, from building SEA/SMA touch-points to lead conversion. -Outbound campaigns and mail automation. -SEO assesment and optimisation, on/off site. -Brand legacy and awareness. -Coordination of external agencies for PR/content marketing activities. -Events organisation. -Strategic partnerships.
