Key accountabilities: · Supporting and guiding employees on all HR queries: policies and processes, employee development, salary reviews, employee relations, conflict management, poor performance and more. · Acting as a partner and enabler to leadership on employee development, performance management, having effective difficult conversations. · Owning, managing and resolving escalated employee relations issues kindly and effectively. · Ensuring local HR policies and guidelines are in place in line with legal requirements, best practices and company culture. · Closely collaborating with Talent Administration to ensure smooth People Operations on local labor law compliance, health & safety, payroll and more. · Driving HR processes locally such as performance management, promotions and salary review ensuring a correct understanding and follow through. · Designing and/or improving global people programs related to leadership development, employee engagement, feedback and appraisal cycle and more.
