I retired from the London Ambulance Service NHS in 2021. At the time of my retirement, I held the position of Assistant Director of Operations, accountable for delivering excellent, high quality Clinical and Emergency Care services across London by ensuring appropriate resources were available to achieve the Trust contractual targets and hold individuals and Teams to account for delivery against Key Performance Indicators and objectives. I was a member of the London Ambulance Service Gold Strategic Command Team and have managed multiple planned and unplanned events involving large numbers of the general public as well as leading several Major Incidents. I work well under pressure and communicate effectively at all levels.
