Involved commercially in the global business both from a review of the sales bids and contracts and as Finance Director of two of the three 3 regions. • Run all the global finance operations (including Commercial Finance, FP&A, Revenue Recognition, Financial Control and Procurement) with 70 staff • Between June 2010 and October 2010 whilst the company sought a new CFO, was handling all CFO responsibilities • Part of the process of reviewing quarterly the performance of all the group’s operations • Responsible for production of annual reports and interims as well as the quarterly IMS and presentation packs for Analyst presentations • Improved the quality of both management and statutory financial reporting and analysis to help the necessary transformation of the company • Implemented a new financial accounting system • Owner of the global annual budget cycle • Director of all trading businesses worldwide
