Provided ongoing legal and labour relations advice to school districts clients; Directed external counsel in litigation matters affecting the public education sector as a whole; Led ongoing negotiations with the BC Teachers’ Federation regarding a wide-variety of collective agreement implementation issues, including all issues related to the restoration of class size and composition language; Served as a member of the bargaining team that negotiated the process for restoring class size and composition language following the conclusion of lengthy constitutional litigation between the provincial government and BC Teachers’ Federation
Responsible for the supervision of a multi-disciplinary team of labour relations professionals that provide labour relations support and litigation services to health employer clients; Providing strategic labour relations and labour law advice to health sector employers at an industry level, focusing on issues affecting the health sector as a whole; 2IC (2nd in charge) for employers' bargaining committee in collective bargaining with a major health sector bargaining association; Leading negotiations to integrate approximately 8,500 licensed practical nurses into the provincial collective agreement between HEABC and the Nurses’ Bargaining Association
Providing strategic legal and collective agreement interpretation advice to health authority clients; acting as lead counsel at grievance arbitration hearings and mediations; negotiating various issue-specific memoranda of agreement on behalf of health authority clients.

Directed the CCLA’s legal and policy work in the areas of privacy and police accountability; prepared legislative and policy submissions and appeared before Parliamentary committees and other public bodies; acted as counsel on public law and constitutional litigation files, including developing positions, drafting facta and appearing as co-counsel at all levels of court; acted as CCLA spokesperson in radio, television, and print media interviews; supervised and mentored articling students and law student volunteers.
