• Continued work on the long-term bed production line which included documentation, timed tests and designing fixtures, resulting in a significant reduction in production time of 40-50%. • Worked on the development of a new line of modular storage systems built for work vans, resulting in functional real-life prototypes. • Designed functional prototype concept storage designs for clients by using Autodesk Inventor and working with multiple teams to meet the technical and sales requirements.

Dynamics sub-team member • Attended weekly meetings during a study term and simulated a brake caliper mounting bracket in SolidWorks FEA by applying forces to test anticipated loading cases. • Assisted with practical testing as required by the team, including a friction test of the car’s wheels on pavement.
