Lead the coordination and submission of the institutional Athena SWAN application, ensuring alignment with award criteria and deadlines. Oversee delivery and monitoring of the Gender Equality Action Plan, tracking progress and accountability across the institution. Manage Athena SWAN as a cross-institutional project, including timelines, governance, and risk management. Coordinate and support the Gender Equality Action Committee, including meetings, reporting, and follow-up actions. Act as a key liaison between academic, professional services, and senior stakeholders on gender equality initiatives. Collect and analyse gender equality data to support evidence-based decision-making and reporting. Embed Athena Swan and gender equality principles into institutional policies and practices. Support wider operational activities within the Enterprise and Innovation Team.
