•Take overall responsibility for whole cluster P&L, occupancy, profitability and centers performance. •Support the new opening centers, build centre team and set pre-sell strategy plan to achieve centre opening target. •Generate new sale enquiries via multiple channels to achieve and maintain cluster sales targets. •Retain and develop existing client relationships to result in new business leads and maximize centre potential revenue. •Responsible for recruiting, inducting, training, managing, motivating, leading and developing whole centre team.
•Support and manager new opening centres in multiple cities, build up centre team and ensure sales performance and critical KPI’s are exceeding expectations. •Define and implement the sales strategy plan for the new market. Handle the full sales cycle from identifying a new sales opportunity until closing. •Grow the number of leads generated through networking and multiple sales activities, help the branding exposure in the new market.
