Provide front-of-house reception and administrative support across Sales, Service, Finance, and Parts departments. Responsible for customer service, service bookings, cashiering, vehicle administration, warranty processing, and general dealership administration. Key Duties: • Answer service calls and book appointments for maintenance and repairs • Manage customer enquiries and complaints • Perform daily cashiering and banking for Sales, Finance, Service, and Parts • Balance tills, reconcile cash and electronic transactions, report discrepancies, and prepare bank deposits • Allocate number plates and manage vehicle stock reservations and sales in the system • Conduct post-delivery follow-up calls • Administer warranties and aftermarket products for Finance and Service • Scan deal packs and process invoices for Accounts Payable • Manage tolls, fines, and general vehicle-related administration • Maintain accurate filing, scanning, and documentation
