I'm a UX Research and Operations professional with a passion for the human side of technology. I have experience conducting research employing a variety of qualitative and quantitative research methods to understand the behaviors and needs of users. What initially led me to the field of UX was my ability to reconcile technology with humanity. My technical background allows me to think critically and collaborate with developers, while my empathy and interpersonal skills allow me to put myself in the shoes of the user.
