I’m a finance leader comfortable leading as first in finance, within high growth tech and AI. Most recently, I’ve been leading finance at Radiant (formerly Ori), where I played a key role in the acquisition into a Brookfield portfolio company at a ~$1bn combined valuation as number 1 in finance. Taking Ori from pre revenue to 20m+ Across my experience, I’ve: • Raised $100m+ across equity and debt • Built complex end to end financial models with complex GPU Infrastructure economics • Designed finance functions from zero to scale in venture and PE backed environments with an AI first approach • Led international structuring and worked closely with investors and boards • Embedded AI into finance operations Before moving in-house, I worked as a fractional Head of Finance at RORA, supporting startups across SaaS, AI, biotech, and healthcare. I’m particularly interested in how AI is reshaping finance, as a fundamental shift in how finance teams operate, make decisions, and create leverage.

Continuing to lead finance as the business scales within a Brookfield portfolio company, building a fully integrated AI infrastructure platform. • Led finance workstream for the acquisition of Ori into Radiant (~$1bn combined valuation) • Building and scaling the function with an AI-first approach, automating core processes • Developed and maintain full stack financial models to support descisions • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance across a capital intensive infrastructure business
Led finance during a period of rapid growth, supporting the transition from early stage scaleup to an institutional grade business. • Raised $80m+ across equity (SAFEs) and debt, supporting structuring and deployment • Built end-to-end financial models (P&L, cashflow, balance sheet) for fundraising and planning • Designed budgeting, forecasting, and reporting frameworks from scratch with an AI first approach • Led international structuring (US & Ireland) and worked with advisors on tax optimisation • Managed audit process and implemented financial controls to support scale
