· Oversees the selection and training of Gamma Chis (recruitment counselors), ensuring they are well-prepared to support potentila new memebrs throughout the recruitment process. · Plans recruitment training sessions, retreats, and other events to foster team-building and prepare the recruitment counselors for their roles. · Designs recruitment shirts and creates the PNM Handbook, heldping guide potential new members through the recruitment process.
· Direct visiting students and their families on a tour of campus highlighting Northwest Missouri State University to increase prospecting student’s applications. · Respond to any questions or concerns about campus, academic, or college life, directing them to faculty if needed.
· Communicate events to leaders and chapter members occurring around campus to further educate and promote Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion/Wellness within the chapter. · Research and compose weekly Facebook posts containing topics about Diversity, Equity and Inclusion/Wellness that seek to further educate chapter members.
