As well as my normal workload, I was involved in the sports and social team, which organises all the companies events. I oversaw every complaint for my team, trained all new starters, and was in charge of phone training everyone in my team. I love to push myself and take on every opportunity to improve myself, and the company as a whole.
With 2 years experience, I am highly competent In liaising directly with both Brokers and customers. I ensure a high level of accuracy when capturing Information through various channels, such as over the phone, or via email. To ensure the safety of the public, I make prompt decisions to alleviate potential dangers - most Importantly those at the roadside. Working on various accounts, I made payments to providers, following the claim process from start to finish. During my time with Davies Group, I was entrusted to train new starters within the team. I am able to delegate tasks where appropriate, however I am also confident working alone.
Whilst studying, I endeavored to obtain employment with a local company. In a fast paced, pressured environment, I was encouraged to meet a high level of service and performance. Constant face to face communication taught me how to interact with customers in the most effective manner.
