Appointed member of the Academic Planning Committee for Pitzer's 2022 Student Senate. This committee is responsible for considering and/or recommending policy changes concerning academics, admissions, and allocation of academic funds, particularly concerning long-term strategies and developments at Pitzer College. As a body, we are also responsible for promoting integration and interaction between different aspects of Pitzer College’s academic programming.
The Claremont Journal of Law and Public Policy is an undergraduate journal published by students of the Claremont Colleges. Student writers and editorial staff work together to produce substantive legal and policy analysis that is accessible to audiences at the five colleges and beyond. Digital content writers create pieces to be submited on the website.
Pitzer students—sophomores, juniors, and seniors—trained to consult with students at any stage of the writing process, from brainstorming ideas to developing an effective revision strategy. Students can be nominated by professors to apply.
