The Zensor project covers the development of an entirely new type of corrosion sensor. The project aims at establishing a spin-off company bringing this new device to the market. Zensor's strength lies in a unique concept, developed within the SURF group, that enables detecting corrosion 'as it happens'. This concept forms the the core of the in-house developed sensor device, enabling advanced corrosion monitoring. In turn this allows implementing advanced optimized corrosion management concepts.
