    As Vice President of Construction, I was the executive in charge of development for NEO Kissimmee Apartments. 473,980 gross sq ft of luxury apartments sitting on 16.5 acres. The project was budgeted for $65 million. This development management project was for the construction of four 3-story buildings and three townhome-style structures outfitting 305 luxury apartment homes. Other structures on the property consisted of a fitness center, pool, rooftop entertainment space, and a dog park. This position required coordinating of personnel, reporting back to the executive committee, managing costs, curating schedules, etc.

    As Project Manager for Universal Creative, I oversaw the 79,106 sq ft design-build of a new 3-story ride attraction: Transformers: The Ride 3D. The project was built in the heart of Universal Studios Park and includes a revolutionary two-story ride track, interior and exterior-themed queue areas, and a fully themed, nested exterior. When taking into account budget, timelines, crowd control, and customer experience, the ride was built on a schedule of 24 hours a day/7 days a week, rotating shifts of workers and contractors. Ultimately, the $120 million project was built in record time and opened in in June 2013. My work here also included oversight of the renovations to Universal’s CityWalk, where I served as the owner’s representative for design and construction in addition to outfitting project management duties.
