      Chair of the Employer Engagement Forum (EEF) in Stirling & Clacks (Part of the Local Employability Partnership), which has been tasked with developing a single offer to employers, reducing duplication and developing a collaborative approach to local labour market information and support. Linking local employability partners to community benefits and community wealth building projects across Stirling. Continually assessing service delivery to ensure best value and timely interventions/support. Representing Stirling Council at various national government/local authority associations and groups. Engaging with businesses regarding labour market information and recruitment/skills solutions. Developing local job creation and retention opportunities through Employer Recruitment Incentives which support priority groups of local people into the workforce. Leading on Youth Transitions support for Learning & Employability. Working in partnership with Developing the Young Workforce (DYW) and Stirling Council’s Education staff to create successful transition opportunities for all young people that require support to access a positive destination; including specific support and an adapted curriculum for ASN young people. Chairing the ASN Transitions group within the Stirling LEP. Managing a team that deliver: Youth Transition programmes through No One Left Behind and UK Shared Prosperity Fund. Employer engagement activities, Stirling Council’s Modern Apprenticeships, ASN transition support, PACE Provision, Community Wealth Building fulfilment.
