Managing the successful Contract Management of heavy lifting & transportation projects with the Worlds largest Heavy Lift Contractor Mammoet. Responsible for all Contract Management activities throughout the Middle East and Africa region, while providing support to our business units in Australia. Performing Contract reviews, negotiations and close-out with customers. Assisting the project management team to successfully deliver the project workscopes, along with associated change management and claims. Have directed or supported several major litigations, adjudication's and mediations where Mammoet was the plaintiff.
Full Responsible for all aspects of the $1 billion Dunga Phase II project. This full field development project incorporates: ◊ 198 wells ◊ 130 km of roads ◊ 185 km of production and water injection pipelinesj ◊ 15 MW power generation plant ◊ 10’’oil export pipeline 18 km long ◊ 150 km of overhead lines ◊ 12’’ sea water supply line 16 km long ◊ 4 X 5000 m3 storage tanks ◊ Processing facilities ◊ Increase of production from 7000 to 35 000 bopd
Manager in charge of Wood Group CCC activities fro our Cleint PDO on the Marmul Cluster in Southern Oman. Work includes brown-field engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance of this cluster of oil fields.
Manager responsible for the overall delivery of the Kashagan Project commissioning team provided by PSNK of approx 1,100 engineers / technicians to the Onshore Karabatan Processing Plant and Offshore D-Island. Contractor Representative and main contract focal point with the AKCO Client team. My duties include the safety and assurance of the work, overall P&L for the Contract, resourcing of the overall team, management of material procurement and commissioning spare parts including all commissioning services subcontractors. Also responsible for the onshore Karabatan Equipment Preservation project of approx 100 personnel
Manager responsible for coordinating the offshore commissioning team provided by PSNK of approx 500 engineers / technicians. Dealing directly with the AKCO Client team my duties included the safe delivery of the work, resourcing of the team, daily offshore logistics, coordinating procurement of materials, equipment and spare parts for the commissioning activities along with mobilizing / controlling offshore commissioning subcontractors.
Project Manager responsible for all TCO Projects and work carried out on the TengizChevroil Oil & Gas Production facility in Tengiz West Kazakhstan. This is one of the leading oil producers in Kazakhstan, producing over a fifth of the country’s total oil output. This is the world’s deepest, operating super-giant oil field. I was the Company focal point of Contact with the Client and have overall responsibility for the work carried out.
Project Manager responsible for all PSN Projects and work carried out on the Karachaganak Petroleum Operating BV (KPO) Oil & Gas Production facility in Aksai, North West Kazakhstan. The Karachaganak field, discovered in 1979, is one of the world’s largest gas and condensate fields. Located in north-west Kazakhstan and covering an area of over 280 square kilometres, it holds estimated hydrocarbons initially in place (HIIP) of 9 billion barrels of condensate and 48 trillion cubic feet (tcf) of gas, with estimated gross reserves of over 2.4 billion barrels of condensate and 16 tcf of gas. I was the Company focal point of Contact with the Client and had overall responsibility for the work carried out.
