I’ve spent over 15 years working at the intersection of operations, sales, and client experience, helping businesses grow, strengthen client relationships, and deliver consistent results in fast-paced environments. A big part of my journey has been working closely with clients, from onboarding and relationship management to ensuring service delivery meets expectations and service level agreements.
