Management of a team of engineers focused on formulation and process development of drug product intermediates and drug products with bioavailability enhancement problem statements.
Responsible for leading a small group of product development engineers and technicians focused on the development of oral solid dosage forms primarily containing amorphous solid dispersions.
Responsible for leading the oral dosage leg of client programs, acting as a site solid dosage form SME, coordinating engineering resources, and developing group best practices.
Assisted in scale-up and commercial readiness activities for pharmaceutical spray drying processes. Responsible for maintenance, operation, and documentation of pilot scale spray dryer including updating operating procedures and the LOTO system.
The Hollister Lab conducts research on 3D printed polymer medical devices including the tracheobronchomalacia splint. Worked on gathering data to gain FDA accreditation in order to make the splint commercially available.
As the head lifeguard it is my job to look after the safety and sanitation of the pool area. My responsibilities include working with the yacht club board to make ensure the best experience for patrons, managing and scheduling the life guarding staff, and life guarding at the pool.
