- Highly organized, handling phone, UBER Eats, Amazon, Postmates, Bring It To Me, and catering orders, providing counter service and providing service to dine-in patrons. - Will often work partially FOH and BOH during a shift in a day. - During busy times, I will also aid in prep work and have been gaining BOH experience. - In the FOH, I continue to provide excellent service to patrons as well as notify them of any daily specials.
- Contracted for various projects to update databases and perform research that benefit both sales and support teams as well as company-client relations. - Projects are received, communicated, and executed through email, Google productivity suite, Zoom.us, and Office tools. - Projects are remotely managed and involve active communication with the Project Manager where objectives, goals, and desired outcomes are ascribed to the project at hand. - Perform and process required work promptly before deadline in order to help the company maintain optimal workflow.
- Worked as a busser in a fast-paced environment and provided a “fine-casual” experience to patrons in Little Italy. - Was responsible for running food and drink orders to patrons, bussing, cleaning, and resetting tables after being used. - Cross-trained to handle the cash register and expedite on the line.
