About

Safety is more than compliance — it's a culture I've spent over 15 years building, one team at a time. I'm an OSHA-certified Health and Safety Professional specializing in the Oil & Gas industry, with hands-on experience spanning onshore and offshore environments across multiple continents. My work sits at the intersection of two critical disciplines: Rescue Team Leadership and Safety Advisory — a combination that gives me both the operational edge to respond when things go wrong and the strategic mindset to prevent them from happening in the first place. Over the course of my career, I've developed and delivered safety training programs that genuinely change behavior, led complex industrial rescue operations, conducted rigorous risk assessments, and built safety frameworks that hold up under real-world pressure. I bring the same commitment whether I'm on a platform in the middle of the ocean or in a boardroom presenting to leadership. I'm known for building teams that don't just follow safety protocols — they own them. Mentoring the next generation of safety professionals and leaving every organization stronger than I found it is as much a part of my work as the technical expertise I bring. Member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers since 2013. Open to relocation worldwide.
