I’m Goran Bogdanovski — creator of Dance Alchemy, founder of Ficho Institute, and Director of Arsa Synergy Lestari in Bali. For more than 30 years, my work has lived at the intersection of movement, education, culture, transformation, community, and entrepreneurship. I began as a professional ballet dancer with the Slovene National Ballet and later expanded into contemporary performance, choreography, improvisation, artistic direction, festivals, education platforms, and embodied learning. Since 2006, I have developed Dance Alchemy from a weekly movement practice into a methodology experienced by more than 3,000 people in 23 countries. Dance Alchemy helps facilitators, coaches, retreat leaders, educators, therapists, creatives, and conscious entrepreneurs bring more embodiment, movement, structure, depth, and transformation into their work. Across my career, I have learned how to turn vision into structure — creating methodologies, teams, programs, partnerships, budgets, retreats, festivals, and long-term cultural and educational projects. My background includes co-founding Ficho Institute, Holistic Journeys & Retreats, Nomad Dance Academy, Slovenian national platform Gibanica, International festival CoFestival, and the Centre for Contemporary Dance Arts Slovenia. Also initiated and lead the transformation of 750 seat cinema into mayor cultural institution, and developed the Synergy Bali Retreat Center concept, programs and financial projections. Through Dance Alchemy, I develop facilitator trainings, online courses, movement-based programs, immersions, retreats, mentoring, professional development, and collaborations with retreat leaders, venues, educators, and conscious entrepreneurs. In Bali, this work is developing through Arsa Synergy Lestari, with a long-term vision for Synergy Retreat Center — a collaborative ecosystem for embodied education, retreats, cultural exchange, conscious hospitality, creative research, community living, and regenerative investment. The vision is not only to build a retreat center, but to create a living platform where teachers, facilitators, artists, retreat leaders, investors, local partners, and conscious entrepreneurs can co-create meaningful programs and sustainable models for living and working. I’m open to conversations with facilitators, coaches, retreat leaders, venues, educators, JV partners, and angel or impact investors interested in transformation, education, retreats, wellness, conscious hospitality, and community development. SYNERGY also supports international retreat leaders, educators, facilitators, and conscious brands to bring meaningful retreats to Bali — without carrying the operational complexity alone. You bring the vision, community, and purpose. We support the structure, local coordination, venue communication, supplier flow, compliance, and on-the-ground details.
