I am Chris Goossens, born and raised in the Netherlands and a graduate in International Business. In addition, I founded Deresto, a product brand dedicated to detailing and restoration solutions. With Deresto, we develop high-quality products that support both professionals and enthusiasts in maintaining and restoring cars with the same focus on authenticity and craftsmanship. We don’t erase history; we protect it. My love for cars started in 1990. From my first car ride in a Ford Fiesta XR2 I have been unable to get out of the car. From a ride-on car to a go-kart and mini bike, I was finally able to buy my first car when I was 17. My first car was a 1973 Volkswagen Beetle with a 1200 engine.
