Working since 1997, my experience has been linked to Fundraising mainly from the European Commission since the begining, and specifically to Research and Innovation purposes since 2003. I worked also part-time as Lecturer in Statistics for the Rey Juan Carlos, and Carlos III Universities both in Madrid. I have participate in several regional, national and international projects, coordinating a European Network for the development of start-ups and spin-offs. - Director of the ISCIII Euroepan Projects Office - Spanish National Contact Point for FP7 Legal and Financial Issues - Advisory tasks on legal and financial aspects related international research projects - Financial and legal checking of the ongoing ISCIII projects - Negotiation towards the EC Commission of the ISCIII projects - Advisory tasks during the execution of the ISCIII’s international research projects - Promotion of the participation of all the Spanish key actors in Health, at the FP7 and other International funding opportunities. These key actors are mainly: researches based at hospitals and at Spanish Research Thematic Networks (CIBERs), and Health enterprises. - Organization and participation in events for promoting the international research funding. - Relay services with the contact points for health nominated in each of the 17 Spanish Autonomous Regions.
- Giving advice and matching of private enterprises and researchers for common RTD projects at National and International level. - Development and Coordination of the System to certify the RTD and Innovation activities by URJC researchers. With this certification the enterprises were able to get fiscal deductions - Development and Coordination of the URJC RTD Assessment programme - Manager of the URJC RTD Portfolio Researchers on Legal and Social Sciences - Advisory tasks for researchers on funding of national, European and other international programmes - Financial and Legal Management of International RTD Projects - Responsible of the Spin-offs Programme - Coordinator of an International project (funded by Interreg IIIB SUDOE funds) for the development of Spin-offs in the SUDOE region.
