As a UI/UX Designer in the banking sector, I design scalable and sustainable digital experiences that bridge user needs with business goals. I actively contribute to end-to-end design processes for products with high usage and critical security requirements, such as mobile banking applications and ATM interfaces. With a background in Graphic Design, I have a strong foundation in visual consistency, typography, and brand language. My UI/UX expertise allows me to combine this foundation with usability, accessibility, and product strategy to deliver functional and cohesive experiences. I am experienced in working within corporate environments shaped by regulations and standards, and in clearly articulating and justifying design decisions within cross-functional teams. Through my training in Business Analysis, I approach design not merely as a visual output, but as a strategic business tool. I translate requirements, process flows, and stakeholder expectations into well-informed design decisions, shaping my work around data, user insights, and measurable objectives. In addition, my professional work in illustration strengthens my visual storytelling skills, enabling me to bring originality and a distinctive identity to digital products. My goal is to create experiences that build user trust, support business objectives, and deliver long-term value.
In line with participation banking principles, I actively participated in the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design processes of multidisciplinary digital products such as mobile banking, internet banking, ATMs, BYS (Banking Management System) employee-specific screens, corporate website, and SharePoint screens. Significant Projects I Participated In: I participated in projects related to BDDK (Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency) Compliance Projects, focusing on legal requirements determined by BDDK. I was involved in the process of defining UX flows and creating UI designs for the foreign exchange component integrated into the Quick Foreign Exchange and TFX Target applications for corporate clients, for internet banking and mobile banking. I played an active role in redesigning user flows and creating new screens as part of improving the onboarding process.
* In the project process, I actively work as a user experience designer in the screen designs of the Banking Management System (BYS) branch bank screen interface. I continue to produce screen User Interface Designs and UX solutions for the Simultaneous Leasing Project. * In the TFX Target Investment Systems application, I provide design by integrating User Experience and User Interface Designs into existing screens. * I continue to produce and design active UX | UI solutions in TFKB Mobile Banking. I took an active role in the preparation of the relevant screen UI designs within the scope of the demand payment project on the Mobile Banking side. I designed a new widget for the campaigns within the scope of the Mobile Banking Project and I am integrating it into the existing Mobile App, Türkiye Finans Katılım Bankası.
User experience design and user interface design. We are working on the network to ensure that users have easy access to web browsers and mobile. We plan and implement a strategy. We calculate B2B & B2C channels with marketing steps. What do people enjoy on a website? On which sites do somebody spend more time? So does the best interface design encourage the user to buy? The answer to my question is of course yes. Design is the most important cover for a product. I achieve my working discipline with the inspiration I get from these questions.
