A results-driven professional with over a decade of experience in the international development sector, I bring a unique blend of academic and practical expertise—holding a Bachelor's degree in Education and a Master's in Public Policy and Management, complemented by extensive experience in communications and project implementation. While my career path may appear non-linear, it reflects a clear and consistent commitment to social impact over personal gain. I am passionate about using strategic communication to amplify underrepresented voices, enhance organisational visibility, and contribute to better policy outcomes. I have worked across a wide range of thematic areas including education, community development, arts and the creative economy, justice, human rights, gender equality, disability inclusion, child protection, climate change, and environmental conservation. Throughout my career, I’ve collaborated closely with ministries and government agencies at both national and local levels, and fostered partnerships with NGOs, DPOs, research institutions, think tanks, and media organizations. My core strengths lie in strategic communication, knowledge management, and activity implementation, alongside solid experience and growing interest in advocacy, government relations, monitoring and evaluation, and GEDSI (Gender Equality, Disability, and Social Inclusion). I thrive in structured environments with clear direction while valuing the trust and autonomy to explore creative and collaborative solutions.
Kemitraan Indonesia–Australia untuk Transformasi Kesehatan (KITA SEHAT) or Australia-Indonesia Partnership for Health Transformation is a joint initiative between the Governments of Australia and Indonesia to support the transformation of Indonesia’s human and animal health systems. KITA SEHAT works in partnership with national governments: Ministry of National Development Planning (Kementerian PPN/Bappenas), the Ministry of Health (Kemenkes) and the Ministry of Agriculture (Kementan). The program also engages subnational governments and other development partners through its implementation in three selected provinces: East Nusa Tenggara (NTT), West Java, and Southwest Papua. KITA SEHAT contributes to Indonesia’s health system transformation agenda by strengthening health policy and governance, advancing primary healthcare with a focus on stunting prevention, improving key health system enablers such as the health workforce, and enhancing health security. The program also places strong emphasis on gender equality, disability, and social inclusion (GEDSI), while contributing to climate resilience.
- Compile information and write communication content such as articles, infographic, brochure, and video for websites, media, and social media in both English and Bahasa Indonesia. - Provide communications support in person at relevant events and activities in Indonesia including interview relevant speakers, take a picture/a video, and prepare a photography consent. - Join monitoring missions and field trips to take photos, conduct interviews, and produce articles/human-interest stories about local partners when required. -Work in close collaboration with the UNFPA Indonesia team to ensure full compliance with programmatic priorities.
- Design and implement an organizational Knowledge Management (KM) system, strengthening documentation, learning, and knowledge sharing across programs and operations. - Develop and embed a comprehensive Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) framework for the FLARE Project (Cross-Sector Resilient Leadership for Responsible Bioeconomy), ensuring strategic integration into program delivery. - Coordinate institutional reporting (quarterly, semi-annual, annual) and transformed MEL data into strategic insights and knowledge products, including donor briefs, learning notes, and presentations. - Facilitate staff and partner capacity-building on MEL, KM tools, and adaptive learning practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. - Advise on MEL instruments and methodologies; supported content development through post-event evaluations, project output collection, and digital content frameworks.
Finalized master’s thesis at Monash University and completed graduation requirements in preparation for the official ceremony in July 2025.
- Lead and coordinate communications and outreach activities across 7+ projects within the Resilient Nature Cluster, ensuring strategic alignment with GIZ’s overall communication goals and brand identity. - Develop and implement the cluster’s communication strategy and visual identity, ensuring consistency across all outputs and compliance with GIZ corporate design standards. - Produce and manage digital and print communication materials, including social media content, fact sheets, videos, campaign assets, and the cluster’s annual report. - Serve as the key liaison for high-level communication efforts, representing the cluster in engagements with external partners, the German Embassy, media, and internal GIZ stakeholders. - Oversee internal knowledge management systems, including document archiving, internal branding, and team collaboration via MS Teams, SharePoint, DMS, and Intranet platforms.
- Lead communication, public relations, and coordination across 48+ IKI-funded climate and biodiversity projects in Indonesia, ensuring cohesive engagement with government counterparts and alignment with GIZ and IKI branding standards. - Develop and execute an integrated PR and communications strategy, including newsletters, videos, articles, and the IKI Indonesia website as a central platform. - Serve as the main liaison between IKI Indonesia, GIZ Indonesia's communications team, and IKI Germany, promoting calls for proposals and maintaining strategic visibility of the IKI portfolio. - Organize high-level events and bilateral visits, including networking forums, training sessions, and official meetings with German and Indonesian stakeholders. - Act as Gender Focal Point, promoting gender-transformative approaches across projects and advising on inclusive communication strategies.
