I’m a senior leader with 25+ years building, scaling, and strengthening businesses across insurance, technology, manufacturing, and commercialization. Today my focus is growth and partnerships, with a bias toward clear value, clean execution, and strong client relationships. My career has included building companies from the ground up, modernizing legacy industries, leading global teams, and helping founders move from concept to commercial reality. Whether scaling a manufacturing company into a global exporter or driving national growth inside a Fortune 500 insurer, the work is the same at its core: create structure where chaos used to be, then turn strategy into daily habits. I enjoy helping others see what might be missing and challenging assumptions that deserve a second look. The tree grows the way the limb is bent, and that idea shapes how I support teams: get the early decisions right, and momentum follows.
