Trust & Will is the first successfully scaled startup, and it's been an incredible journey where I've learned an immense amount teams, leadership, urgency, and venture. I've made a lot of mistakes over the years, and have tried to anchor my leadership in fostering collaboration, innovation, and big bets. Through this leadership, I try to ensure we deliver meaningful impact for our customers, partners, employees, and the world. On the personal side, I balance my startup life with being a present parent to three young kids, a Christian, and staying committed to health by struggling to cycle and lift. Seamgen is a custom software firm focused on design and development of mobile and web applications. As VP, Strategy and Business Development, I was responsible for the revenue management and strategy of our entire pipeline—marketing, new business, existing business, account management, and business development. I was accountable for our yearly revenue goals and client products and worked directly with the entire Seamgen team to achieve these goals. During my time at Seamgen, we achieved >100% revenue growth. I spent 2 years as a Director and then was promoted to VP.
Punchkick Interactive is a custom software firm located in Chicago. PKI has worked with 20+ Fortune 1000 companies. During my time at Punchkick, I was responsible for all new business activity and coordinated client strategy with an incredibly talented team. This included building a new business team of 6 focusing on outbound effort, managing all inbound activity, leading new business pitches to Fortune 500, and creating a repeatable system for growth and strategy.

Project: Living Well is a social business with a vision to inspire at least 1 million people to begin Living Well locally and provide at least 1 million people access to clean water abroad. After successfully crowdfunding our main product via Indiegogo, PLW produced the first production run of a water container called The Calabash.
