Founded Valchemy, Inc., secured angel and VC funding, and successfully propelled the company to a position of market leadership in the merger and acquisition application arena. Served on the Board of Directors and held executive positions in marketing and professional services. Noteworthy accomplishments include successful transition of Valchemy to a Software As A Service (SaaS) business model, development of unique sales channel strategies and formation of partnerships with Ernst and Young and IBM Global Business Services. Sold the company to IBM in September 2006.
