Holding degrees of Business Administration and MSc in Management for Business Excellence. After completing the education in UK; Gained professional work experince in Sales Department for 1 year at Arçelik which is leader in it's own sector in Turkey and expanding it's business globally. Later on, worked at International Sales Department for 2 months after having experience of 1 year in domestic sales. After, worked at Coca Cola İçecek as a sales specialist, responsible from 150 customers in Traditional Home Channel. Currently working at Procter & Gamble over 7-years as a Fabric Care Senior MS&P in Istanbul.
• Create customer order request from the area of responsibility. • Implementing current marketing campaigns at the customer's suitable spots. • Following up relevant market activities. • Responsible for developing market share, availability and sales volume & put into practice of necessary actions that are needed. • Take role in improving customer relationships, solving current customer problems and gaining new customers. • Supervision of merchandising activities.
• Responsible for various countries at Middle East & North Africa regions. • Coordinating and tracking wholesales action, order, documentation, customs clearance, shipment. • Managing the coordination between dealers and company departments throughout the operation. • Order processing through SAP system. • Preparing weekly and monthly financial reports directly to the Sales Manager (Middle East).
• Supporting sales team, pursuing all sales operations throughout process. • Tracking orders and stocks daily in order to support sales team to reach the sales target. • Direct communication with the deale on a regular basis everyday. • Reporting statement of financial positions of the deales that are financially compromised. • Following-up weekly and monthly campaigns for different product lines.
