As a Technical Sales Engineer in Hybrid Cloud team, I am responsible for the pre-sales and deployment activities of IBM Cloud Pak for Automation solutions including IBM BPM / Business Automation Workflow, Filenet ECM, Datacap, ODM, RPA and other supporting products. In addition to my previous role, main responsibilities; - Delivering technical accelerators like presentation, demo, Proof of Technology & Proof of Concepts for IBM Digital Business Automation solutions which is coming as containers and can be deployed on top of Certified Kubernetes environments. - Relaying the hybrid cloud strategy of IBM with Redhat to enterprises who are interested in transforming their business with the help of automation solutions. - Leading technical response to Request for Proposals and Request for Information (RFI) gathering answers from other internal technical experts. - Client satisfaction and deployment management activities.

As a solution architect, I was the product owner of the CRM system and online payment platform named Hesabım. My main responsibilities were; * Project delivery including designing the architecture of software packages. * Implementing best practices on Dynamics CRM. * Managing business requirements and designs. * Migrating data from other data sources (My SQL, MongoDB, MS SQL etc.) * Vendor management. * E-mail marketing process improvements. * Customize CRM reports to specific business requirements need by using SQL Reporting Service. * Gather end-users’ business requirements and translate them into CRM Application functions and generate reports to complete the clients’ business requirements. * Data deduplication and cleansing. * Collecting order and customer data from all online product sales platforms.
VodafoneNet Emptor Telco CRM Project (2011-2015) I worked on the Vodafone.Net CRM (Emptor Telco) project for 3,5 years. My responsibilities on this project are; • Developing new functionalities and maintaining existing modules. • Responsible for integration between Telco CRM and other 3rd party applications. • Responsible for creating customized software packages, analysing problems and identifying suitable solutions to these problems. • Training of new team members. • Delivering a variety of technical services in live customer systems. • Design and development of business workflow processes. • Data reporting. • Migrating data from other source systems. • Design and development of WCF services. • Responsible for branching and source control on Team Foundation Server • Database versioning and comparing between Test, PreProduction and Production environments. It is built to provide first-line service with support for typical telecom requirement, such as node and network redundancy, software upgrades without disturbance to traffic, and high capacity. I was responsible for supporting to the user acceptance tests of a user interface which allows customers to use functionalities of the MTAS such as call forwarding, voice mail etc. Technologies used on this project: ASP.Net,C#, MSSQL Server, Javascript, JQuery,WCF, NHibernate Millenicom Emptor Telco CRM Project (2010-2011) I was responsible for supporting the maintenance of the existing modules, development of the new functionalities and generating reports for the customer needs. Crea Academy Scholarship In the scope of the Ericsson Crea Academy, starting from 2010 January, I took several trainings about software development technologies for 6 months. During the internship part of the program, I worked on design and development of a survey module integrated to the CRM application. This applications allows user to create and participate to the surveys and reporting the results.
