After actively sharing my writings on Twitter (X), I started this newsletter the first and only comprehensive e-commerce newsletter in Türkiye on April 27 2024, covering developments from both Türkiye and around the world.
Newowner.co is my first digital venture and my pride, where I channel my industry experience. It holds a very special place in my career and means a lot to me. At Newowner.co, we connect those who want to sell their online stores with buyers in a trustworthy and transparent environment. Our platform simplifies the process of buying and selling stores in the e-commerce sector, offering quick solutions to meet the needs of both sellers and buyers. Our goal is to create a secure and efficient marketplace within the digital commerce ecosystem, providing a seamless experience for e-commerce sellers. It may sound a bit ambitious, but we are Türkiye’s first and the world’s only marketplace platform focused exclusively on e-commerce stores.
The only person I provide free e-commerce consulting to despite paid requests from my followers is my spouse, who started with no experience and now manages multiple brands successfully. As an E-commerce Mentor at A., I focus on building strategies, setting up operations, and improving digital sales for company own brands. I handle marketplace integration, infrastructure, campaigns, and logistics to drive growth and efficiency. This mentorship lets me dedicate time to my own digital projects and content creation and keeps me pretty popular at home too!
I worked concurrently with Kurumsoft while managing WMS and Flow projects at Lobitek. In these projects, I developed and successfully implemented solutions aimed at improving operational efficiency.
I played an active role in ERP and WMS projects for some of Turkey’s leading companies. I took responsibility across all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements analysis, project planning, resource management, go-live coordination, and post-implementation evaluation. Working with major enterprises such as İŞ Bankası Kültür Yayınları, ACT Airlines, NEF İnşaat, Kahve Dünyası, KJ Power, and Alışan Logistics, I led the digital transformation of critical business processes. I contributed to strategic decision-making while also coordinating the implementation of user-friendly systems integrated with field operations. The outcomes led to significant improvements in process efficiency and operational control mechanisms. In addition, I actively participated in digital transformation initiatives such as the implementation of e-Invoice (e-Fatura) and e-Ledger (e-Defter) systems, ensuring compliance with local regulations and streamlining financial reporting processes.
