Gokhan Harunoglu graduated from Istanbul University, Business Administration in 1997 and received his Executive MBA degree from Koc University in 2018. He joined Ernst&Young, Istanbul office between 1997-2000. Following EY, he established Internal Audit department at Carrefour Turkey (2000-2003). Following Carrefour, consecutively occupied Head of Finance positions at Bahcivan Dairy (2003-2007), Corio Real Estate (2007-2009) and Emaar Turkey (2009-2013) whilst reporting to top management. Since 2014, Gokhan Harunoglu has been the Group CFO of the Polatyol group of companies acting in three areas, international contracting& construction, power generation and Real Estate development. Harunoglu is a multicultural finance professional seasoned in Structured Finance, Corporate Treasury, Tax, Structuring, Accounting&Reporting, M&A, Change Management and Growth with a track record of successes at different type organizations. Harunoglu gained various experience at audit firm, FMCG and manufacturing industries, Real Estate development, construction&contracting, power generation, foreign capital companies, family run business and international corporations as well. Have serious technical knowledge about local applications and broad international business experience. As a result of this combination performs strong ability for the application of local treatment at internationally required level and within required compliance. He is in the '50 Top CFOs' list of Fortune for 2018. He holds Turkish CPA and Independent Auditor degree.

Construction, Sales&Marketing and delivery completed, 2015-2017 -Development of Eston Sehir--Koru (210.000sqm-www.estonsehirkoru.com). Construction, Sales&Marketing ongoing, 2017-2021 -690.000sqm of development will continue in the following phases till 2025.
