In accordance with the company's quality policy, providing the necessary work to carry out quality control processes in accordance with AS9100 QMS and EASA Part-21 in order to meet customer needs and expectations. ● Ensuring the quality activities in the production area are actively operated. ● Carrying out notification activities regarding problems that occur or may occur in the production area, ● Attending periodic customer meetings (AIRBUS) and organizing the necessary activities needed on TCI side, ● Guaranteeing the delivery of products to the customer (AIRBUS) in the right quality and time by organizing the on-site support department, ● Participating in necessary activities by following APQP-Project meetings (Linefit, Retrofit, Prototype, Test, Development), ● Contributing to the DFMEA, PFMEA, CP, MSA, SPC, FAI activities within the scope of APQP-Project requirements, ● Participating in CCB (Config. Control Board) /CIB (Change Implementation Board) meetings as a quality responsible and following quality actions regarding changes, ● Ensuring the preparation of control documents for in-process controls and final control operations, ● Creating an action plan by analyzing process control outputs, ● Ensuring the operation and effectiveness of the quality system in the production area, coordinating the internal audit activities to fulfill management systems requirements and following up on the findings, ● Ensuring the identification of supplier-related nonconformities detected during the production process, ● Collecting quality data (Corrective Actions Management Tools: MRB, QAR, CAF) regarding non-conforming products and corrective actions, analyzing the data and presenting as a quality report, ● Preparing the delivery documents after checking the suitability of work orders, ● Carrying out activities such as seal printing, collection and seal renewal in accordance with the determined procedures and carrying out the necessary monitoring and recording procedures.
●Managing the quality team and providing support when necessary, ●Ensuring the preparation and execution of quality planning within the scope of APQP, ●Preparing the project-based Quality Plan, transferring the quality plan to the field and ensuring its implementation, ●Inspecting whether the processes and activities carried out in the projects meet the project quality requirements (Company Quality Policy, Quality Plan, Standards, etc.), reporting possible nonconformities and following the implementation of necessary corrective/preventive actions, ●Ensuring of customer standards, international standards and quality expectations are met, ●Managing the Incoming Quality, Process Quality and Final Control processes, ●Attending pre-production preparation meetings and quality control meetings with customers (OEM, Tier-1), ●Taking responsibility in quality management systems, certification processes, and core tools activities (APQP, FMEA, PPAP, SPC, MSA), ●Ensuring customer satisfaction and planning customer visits, ●Supporting Supplier Quality Management and Supplier Development Processes. ●Applying Supplier System or Process Audit according to the IATF 16949, AS9100, VDA, CQI-9, AMS2750 requirements, ●Supervising the transfer of customer and management system requirements to internal documents, ●Monitoring heat treatment furnaces TUS-SAT-ITC calender and implemented to the validation tests according to the CQI-9 and AMS2750, ●Managing and approving calibration and verification processes, ●Commissioning of lean manufacturing techniques (5S, Poka-Yoke), ●Using and managing QDMS-ENSEMBLE modules; Performing document checks, detecting nonconformities and making periodic reports. Supporting the use of QDMS-ENSEMBLE with internal training, ●Contributing to the Sustainability and ISO 50001 Energy Management System activities of the organization.
●Contributing to the establishment of AS9100(ISO 9001inc.) QMS: Fulfillment of management system requirements, dissemination of the management system, monitoring the effectiveness of the system and imlementing the necessary corrections/improvements into action in the organization, ●Taking responsibility in quality management systems and certification processes: Having IATF 16949, AS9100, ISO 45001 competence, taking part in internal (system, product, layout, process) and external (customer, third-party) audit activities, monitoring in-company activities and ensuring that management system requirements are met, ●Establishing the QDMS and organizing in-house trainings for usage competence, ●Performing Feasibility, APQP and PFMEA studies with team members, ●Preparing Control Plan according to the technical drawing, key characteristics and operational steps, ●Performing SPC, MSA studies according to the standard, ●Preparing/presenting PPAP/FAI Documentation according to the customer or quality management system requirements, ●Using IMDS to manage materials and substances used in parts manufactured for the automotive industry, ●Operating the Nonconformity Management process, analyzing the effectiveness of corrective actions: Ensuring the Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) are published, monitored and finalized via QDMS, Initiating improvement studies with the necessary measurement and analysis techniques, leading and managing the necessary improvement studies, ●Examining internal and external PPM ratios and reporting the results to the relevant units: Organizing scrap evaluation meetings, reporting the results and initiating CAPA studies, ●Contributing to metallography activities and destructive/non-destructive examinations, ●Recording of customer complaints, publishing to relevant departments, preparation of 8D including root cause analysis (Brain Storm, Fish Bone, 5 Why, etc.) and solution suggestions from departments, tracking and reporting of actions taken.
